1. Where is the goods shipped from?
From Chinese factory by express or our Russia warehouse. Please NOTE that buyers are responsible for the customs, taxes, import duties that may apply.
No tax if shipped from our Russia warehouse and CTR-LAND PICKUP and Kazakhstan buyer.
2. How many days can I receive it?
5 to 15 days depends on specific situation, CTR-LAND PICKUP and Kazakhstan cost 15~30 days.
3. What is the return policy?
If you need a refund, pls contact us within 7 days. Full set should be NEW and not be damaged. Freight of both segments should be paid by buyer.
4. What kind of floor is applicable for this product?
It can be used for different kinds of floor including wooden, marble, ceramic etc. Please NOTE it is not applicable for black color floor and strong sunshine.
5. The manual is English and Russian .
6. We will write $40 in invoice for customs clearance to avoid of high tax, if you have special requirement, please leave a message when place order.
7. We will ship to the address you write on aliexpress, if you have special requirement, please leave a message when place order.
8. We will equip the conventional plug as per your country, if you have special requirement, please leave a message when place order.

Warranty and Terms

All our items are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months warranty. During warranty period, if any problem happens due to quality reason, please be cooperative to take photos or videos on the problem and send to us for verifying. For confirmed product faulty on your approval, we can send you replacement parts free of charge. We will bear the shipping charge.
